| 30 Night Comfort Guarantee 30 Day Low Price Guarantee 30 Night Comfort Guarantee We understand that customers’ needs and comfort levels are different, so to prove our commitment to our customers, Sleep Masters offers a 30 Night Comfort Guarantee*.
Advanced sleep research has shown that it takes up to three weeks for our bodies to adjust to the proper support of a new mattress. If, at any time up to 30 nights from the date of delivery you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress, you may take advantage of Sleep Masters’ Comfort Guarantee. To do so, return to the store of your original purchase to select another mattress of equal or greater value. If you select a mattress of greater value you can simply pay the difference. If you select a model of lesser value, a refund is not available. A processing and handling fee of $75.00 will be charged on all returns. Do not bring back your mattress, we will deliver the new replacement and pick up the other new mattress at no additional charge. Refunds are not available. Special orders, clearance merchandise, floor models, adjustable bases, mattress protectors, sheets, pillows, promotional/accessory items, warranty exchanges and unsanitary beds are exempt from this program. *The Comfort Guarantee requires the purchase of a Sleep Masters’ 10-Year Mattress Protection Plan. Mattress and/or box spring must have the federal law label still attached and must not be unsanitary, soiled, torn or ripped. 30 Day Low Price Guarantee Sleep Masters wants you to feel good about your purchase — good about the product and good about the price. We stand firmly behind this commitment to our customers. Therefore, if within 30 days from your purchase you find the exact sleep set advertised for less than your invoiced price, simply bring in the print advertisement and we will credit your account or mail a refund check for 100% of the difference to you within one week. The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to clearance, floor models, vendor rollbacks/rebates, special purchases, promotional items or discontinued merchandise. Merchandise offered for sale on the Internet or other auction sites is excluded. |
