What is Sleep Masters' 365 Night Comfort Guarantee?
Sleep Masters offers a 365 Night Comfort Guarantee. Advanced sleep research has shown that it takes up to 3 weeks for our bodies to adjust to the support of your new mattress. If, at any time up to 365 nights from the date of delivery, you are unable to comfortably adjust, you may take advantage of this guarantee.
How does the mattress exchange work?
Return to the store of your original purchase to select another mattress of EQUAL or GREATER value. If you select greater value, pay the difference. No refunds for lesser value. A \$195 processing and shipping fee PER MATTRESS applies to ALL returns. DO NOT bring your mattress back—we deliver the new one and pick up the old at no additional charge.
What are the credit amounts during the trial period?
First 4 months: 100% credit toward another mattress.
Second 4 months: 75% credit.
Final 4 months: 50% credit.
What items are excluded from refunds or exchanges?
Refunds/exchanges not available for special orders, clearance merchandise, floor models, adjustable power bases, mattress protectors, sheets, pillows, promotional/accessory items, or warranty exchanges.
What must I do to qualify for the Comfort Guarantee?
The program REQUIRES purchase of a Sleep Masters 10-year warranted mattress protector. Mattress/box springs MUST have federal law label attached and must not be unsanitary, soiled, torn, or ripped.
What is the Forever Mattress Warranty?
After the factory mattress warranty expires, Sleep Masters warranties your mattress forever. This is limited to ONE exchange per customer.
