If, at any time up to 365 nights from the date of delivery, you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress, you may take advantage of Sleep Masters Comfort Guarantee. To do so, return to the store of your original purchase to select another mattress of EQUAL or GREATER value. If you select a mattress of greater value, you simply pay the difference. If you select a model of lesser value, A REFUND IS NOT AVAILABLE. A processing and shipping fee of $195.00 PER MATTRESS will be charged on ALL returns. DO NOT bring your mattress back to the store. We will deliver the new replacement and pick up the other mattress at no additional charge. Refunds are not available for special orders, clearance merchandise, floor models, adjustable power bases, mattress protectors, sheets, pillows, promotional/accessory items, and warranty exchanges. The comfort Guarantee program REQUIRES the purchase of a Sleep Masters 10 year warranted mattress protector. Mattress and/or box springs MUST have the federal law label still attached and must not be unsanitary, soiled, torn, or ripped. After the factory mattress warranty expires, Sleep Masters will warranty your mattress forever. This Guarantee is limited to ONE exchange per customer.
FIRST FOUR MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE SLEEPMASTERS WILL CREDIT 100% TOWARDS ANOTHER MATTRESS. SECOND FOUR MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE SLEEPMASTERS WILL CREDIT 75% TOWARDS ANOTHER MATTRESS. FINAL FOUR MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE SLEEPMASTERS WILL CREDIT 50% TOWARDS ANOTHER MATTRESS.
